Classes:

In order to best serve my customers and create a fun and exciting class experience, a 72 hour (3 day) cancellation notice is required to receive a refund-minus a $5.00 cancellation/processing fee. If you want to transfer your seat/ticket to someone else, please email me at lyndaloussweettreats@gmail.com with the new name for your seat. If I don't have their name then they will be denied entry to the class. This is the original ticket holder's responsibility. I will not have time to trace, call and verify names.

Cookies:

Refunds can be provided for cookies minus a $5.00 cancellation/processing fee. Custom cookies orders must be cancelled within one week from the scheduled pick-up date to receive a refund. No refunds will be made for cookies already made. Cookies that are not picked-up within 24 hours of scheduled delivery/pick up time will be forfeited, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes holiday/seasonal cookies.
